My wife, Sharon, and I raised our family — Ryan, Mike, Katie, and Sam — on Drummond Concession 9a. We have resided here for almost 50 years.
I am a graduate of Kemptville College and have been employed in the agricultural industry for my entire career. This community is not just where I live – it is where I have built my life, raised my children, and invested my energy for decades.
It would be a privilege and an honour to be elected as a Councillor representing the constituents of Drummond North Elmsley Township.

Agricultural Education & Early Career
A graduate of Kemptville College, Eric has spent his entire career in the agricultural industry. His education and early career grounded him in the practical realities of farming, rural business, and the communities that depend on the land.
General Manager, National Agri-Retail Co-operative
Eric served as the long-time General Manager of an agri-retail national cooperative company with multiple locations across Canada and more than 60 employees. His responsibility was to provide vision and lead the team by example. The company achieved significant growth and success due in large part to a very dedicated and committed staff.
Financial Discipline & Team Development
Eric developed a business model that included financial incentive programs, enabling everyone to achieve their personal goals with the appropriate effort. Maintaining realistic budgets and a disciplined financial plan were mandatory requirements for supporting a low debt balance. Innovative thinking was encouraged, and positive outcomes were appropriately recognized and rewarded.
Agricultural Commodity Sales
Eric also has many years of experience selling agricultural commodities to several international markets — bringing a broad, outward-looking perspective.
